Avoid the transfer of germs and bacteria: after cleaning, spray disinfectant thoroughly, let it sit for 10 minutes, wipe each surface with separate clean paper towel or e-cloth -
When washing windows, get them thoroughly wet to break up the soil (give them a bath, don’t sprinkle). Learn how to use a squeegee, and don’t clean with direct sunlight on the widows. -
When vacuuming, to reduce strain on your back, lift your back leg when pushing the vacuum forward.
